    • Cost Efficiency: Less than half the cost of full labour due to shared distribution.
    • Coordination with Other Clients: Deliveries are coordinated with up to two other clients, so there may be some delays.
    • Limited Guarantee: Because the flyers are shared, we can’t guarantee 100% coverage or timing.
    • Start Time: Minimum of 7 days to begin distribution.
    • Ideal For: Clients with flexible timing and budget constraints.
  • Solo Flyer Drops
    Exclusive distribution for a single client, offering full control over timing and delivery.

    • Full Control: You get exclusive access to our distribution resources.
    • Guaranteed Delivery: Timelines and delivery are fully controlled and guaranteed.
    • Pricing: Sliding scale pricing up to 5,000 households, after which a fixed rate applies.
    • Start Time: Typically within 5 days for swift service.
    • Ideal For: Clients with tight deadlines or those needing full control over their distribution.

2. Costs and Logistics

Understanding Your Costs

We’ve worked hard to ensure that our pricing is transparent and reflects the true cost of providing reliable and efficient flyer distribution services.

  • Labour Costs:

    • Shared Flyer Drops: Labour cost per 1,000 flyers is $150 (5 hours at $30/hour).
    • Solo Flyer Drops: Pricing on a sliding scale for up to 5,000 households, then fixed rates thereafter.
    • Additional Costs: We have other incidental costs such as monitoring, administrative expenses, and management of runs.
  • Shared Flyer Drops Example:
    For 10,000 flyers:

    • Labour: 50 hours × $30/hour = $1,500
    • Your payment for shared drops does not cover even half the labour costs per 1,000 flyers, as we pool clients to reduce costs.
  • Solo Flyer Drops Example:
    For 10,000 flyers, you have exclusive service at a competitive fixed rate after 5,000 households.


3. Service Quality and Expectations

Managing Your Expectations

Flyer distribution is often unskilled work, and we strive to manage our workforce effectively. However, it’s essential to understand the limitations involved.

  • Shared Flyer Drops:
    We cannot guarantee the same level of service as solo drops due to coordination with other clients. While we use AI and tracking technology to ensure quality, unexpected delays may occur.

    • Limited Guarantee: Due to the shared nature, we cannot guarantee 100% performance.
    • Flexible but Potentially Delayed: If you’re flexible with timing, this option is cost-effective, but delays are possible.
  • Solo Flyer Drops:
    You get full control and a guaranteed timeline, with no influence from other clients’ needs. This is ideal for clients who need their materials delivered promptly and with complete reliability.


4. Artwork Requirements

Printing and Artwork Standards

We order your printed materials from a third-party supplier. To ensure there are no delays or issues, it’s critical that the artwork meets industry standards.

  • Artwork Compliance:
    • Artwork must meet specific requirements, or our supplier will reject it.
    • If the artwork needs adjustments, we offer correction services for a fee.
    • Please ensure your artwork is submitted correctly to avoid unnecessary delays.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

What Happens If You Need to Cancel or Request a Refund?

  • Shared Flyer Drops:
    • Cancellations must be submitted via the official Cancellation Form.
    • Refunds may not be 100% if the walkers have started their work.
    • If no pickup occurred, a full refund is possible.
  • Solo Flyer Drops:
    • Cancellations must also go through the Cancellation Form.
    • Refunds depend on the stage of work completion and the company’s policies.
    • A minimum quantity is not required for solo drops, and we’ll follow your provided map of streets to cover.

    All queries and requests should be submitted via our Support Order Update Form. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.

  • AI-Driven Workflow:
    Our system uses AI to manage and filter requests. This means your query will be routed to the right team efficiently. While emailing or calling directly may not always guarantee immediate responses, using our forms ensures you’re getting the fastest service.

  • 1300 Line:
    Our 1300 line is for routing general inquiries, not immediate problem resolution. Please use the Support Form for faster results.
