How your flyer drop is planned, delivered and checked
Letterbox Distribution Services uses local walkers backed by
national coordination. Your agreed delivery area is mapped, local walkers receive instructions, and completed activity is checked internally.
1. Workforce structure
We use local delivery walkers working under job allocation,
instruction and monitoring systems.
2. Job allocation
Walkers receive local work by area and must follow the mapped
delivery notes and job instructions for that campaign.
3. Required process
Walkers use the required app-supported time, route and
submission process so assigned work can be reviewed against
the mapped area, allocated quantity and approved field-delivery hours.
4. Verification before close-out
Delivery activity is checked through internal systems using
combined evidence. GPS is one supporting input and is not
treated as definitive proof by itself.
How completion is verified:
Letterbox Distribution Services does not rely on GPS alone.
We assess whether Walkers were in the assigned delivery area,
completed the approved field-delivery hours, moved at a pace
and speed consistent with genuine letterbox delivery, travelled
a distance and route reasonably consistent with the assigned
section and quantity, and submitted the required field and
completion records.
For Area-Specific Solo and Express Solo, a written suburb-by-day
delivery confirmation may be requested after completion and
internal audit. Shared Weekly receives completion confirmation
only. Raw GPS, live tracking and individual Walker records
remain internal verification material and are not standard
Client reporting.

What is the difference between Shared Weekly, Area-Specific Solo and Express Solo?
Shared Weekly is the lower-cost option for flexible broad-area
coverage. Area-Specific Solo is exclusive distribution for
defined suburbs, streets, mapped pockets, radius areas or
staged coverage. Solo includes scheduling priority relative
to Shared Weekly but does not automatically include Express
scheduling or a guaranteed delivery window. Express Solo is
separately quoted, with priority scheduling or a defined
delivery window expressly agreed in writing and subject
to the confirmed scope and operating conditions.
Can printing and flyer distribution be arranged together?
Yes. Printing and distribution can be quoted together for
formats including DL, A5, A4, folded flyers, menus, booklets
and other suitable campaign materials.
Do you deliver to businesses as well as residential households?
Yes. Residential letterbox distribution and suitable business
or reception delivery can be quoted. Business delivery is
more time-intensive and is priced separately from residential
distribution.
Can you coordinate flyer distribution across multiple cities or states?
Yes. Multi-location campaigns can be centrally coordinated
across multiple suburbs, capital cities, major regional
centres or states, subject to final areas, quantities,
local suitability, access and capacity.
How is flyer delivery verified?
Verification uses combined internal evidence including approved
field-delivery time in the assigned area, pace, speed,
distance, route movement, assigned sections and quantities,
field notes, completion records and invoice checks. GPS is
one supporting tool only and is not definitive proof by itself.
What delivery confirmation is included?
Shared Weekly Drops receive completion confirmation only.
For Area-Specific Solo and Express Solo, a written
suburb-by-day delivery confirmation may be requested after
completion and internal audit. Raw GPS, live tracking,
route screenshots and individual Walker records are not
supplied as standard Client reporting.
Does Weekly mean my Shared Drop will be delivered next week?
No. Weekly means the campaign is placed into the scheduled
Shared Drop system. It does not guarantee delivery during
the following calendar week or on a particular date.
Does flyer distribution guarantee every individual letterbox?
No. The service provides broad coverage within the assigned
area. Weather, access, signage, safety conditions,
construction, mapping changes and other field conditions
can affect individual properties.
Is a quoted household quantity an exact count of deliverable letterboxes?
No. Household, dwelling and mapping figures are planning
estimates. Eligible and accessible letterbox numbers can
vary because of No Junk Mail signage, access restrictions,
apartment access, vacant or redeveloped properties,
mapping differences and Client-supplied boundaries.
Does receiving a quote mean the campaign has been accepted?
No. A quote is provided for consideration and does not
automatically mean the campaign has been accepted.
Acceptance depends on the area, quantity, material,
timeframe, expectations, capacity and overall campaign suitability.

Shared Weekly Drops generally start from $109 per 1,000
flyers for eligible campaigns. Final pricing depends on
quantity, delivery density, access, material handling,
timing, local conditions and campaign suitability.
How much does an Area-Specific Solo flyer drop cost?
Eligible Area-Specific Solo campaigns may be quoted from
$189 per 1,000 flyers. Smaller, regional, restricted-area
or complex campaigns may be priced differently. Express
Solo is separately quoted where priority scheduling or
a defined delivery window is required and expressly agreed
in writing.
What does a per-1,000 flyer distribution rate mean?
The per-1,000 rate is a pricing unit based on the campaign
labour reasonably estimated to plan, allocate, perform,
manage and verify distribution at that scale. It is not
a guarantee that exactly 1,000 eligible and accessible
letterboxes exist within every quoted 1,000-unit allocation.
How the quote works:
Distribution is supplied as allocated field and operational
labour. Household and mapping figures are planning estimates
rather than a guarantee that an identical number of eligible
and accessible letterboxes exists within every nominated or
