What to include when you contact us

For a new quote Include the target suburbs or postcodes, estimated quantity, flyer size, printing requirements, delivery type and preferred timing.
For an existing booking Include your invoice or booking reference, campaign area and the specific update or question you need reviewed.
For a cancellation, refund or change Include your booking reference, campaign area, the affected portion and exactly what you are requesting.
For a delivery concern Include the specific location, date, nature of the concern and supporting information reasonably available.
Delivery concerns are reviewed against the booking

We review the booked scope, relevant campaign evidence and field records. Where an investigation substantiates that part of the booked Service was not genuinely performed, the affected portion remains subject to an appropriate remedy under the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Nothing on this page removes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Why written forms are preferred

  • Correct campaign: invoice numbers, suburbs and booking details help us identify the right job.
  • Relevant coordinator: requests can be directed to the people managing the area, stock and campaign stage.
  • Clear instructions: maps, dates, quantities and requested changes can be reviewed together.
  • Written record: both parties can refer back to what was requested and agreed.
  • Informed response: the coordinator can check the campaign record before replying.
Requested changes need written confirmation

Submitting a request does not automatically change a booking. Variations may affect pricing and scheduling and must be confirmed in writing by an authorised LDS representative. Telephone discussions do not vary a confirmed booking unless the variation is subsequently confirmed in writing.

Walker applications and invoices

To apply for flyer delivery work, visit the Walker Jobs page, read the requirements, watch the training and complete the online application. Walker applications are not taken by phone.

Existing Walkers can use the invoice form on the same page to submit their required job records and invoice.

The delivery process behind the service

Letterbox Distribution Services provides a managed distribution service. Campaign work can include mapping, allocation, stock coordination, local independent contractor briefing, field-delivery labour, internal verification and campaign close-out.

Our Walker Jobs & Delivery Process page explains the basic instructions Walkers receive about maps, eligible letterboxes, No Junk Mail signage, leftover stock, app records, safety, invoices and payment review.

Campaign instructions go through LDS

Clients do not hire, direct or contact individual Walkers. Campaign questions, instructions and requested changes must go through Letterbox Distribution Services.
