Managed local delivery

Perth flyer distribution with individually placed flyers and managed delivery

Local walkers and national coordination support letterbox drops across Greater Perth and suitable regional Western Australian areas.

Mapped allocations, local walkers and internal delivery checks

Letterbox Distribution Services manages how your campaign is arranged, carried out and checked. Walkers receive local allocations and delivery instructions, and completed activity is reviewed through our internal verification process.

Shared Weekly and Solo campaigns use the same workforce allocation and verification systems, with different targeting, scheduling and reporting arrangements.

  • Local walkers, national coordination — Perth and Western Australian jobs are mapped, allocated and managed through a structured operating process.
  • Shared Weekly is capped — up to 3 flyers total per run: your flyer plus up to two non-competing advertisers.
  • Flyers are placed individually — into eligible letterboxes, not rolled, bundled together or hidden inside catalogues.
  • Work is checked internally — approved field-delivery time, walking pace and speed, distance, route movement, assigned sections and quantities, field records and app-supported information are reviewed together. GPS is one supporting tool only.

Walkers and systems

How our WA letterbox distribution walkers complete flyer drops

Perth and Western Australian flyer drops are carried out by local independent walkers backed by national coordination. Campaigns are mapped, allocated and managed through the same operating systems described on our national delivery process page.

1. Workforce structure We use local delivery walkers working under Letterbox Distribution Services job allocation, instruction and monitoring systems.
2. Job allocation Walkers receive local WA work by area and must follow the mapped delivery notes and job instructions for that campaign.
3. Required process Walkers use the required app-supported time, route and submission process so assigned work can be reviewed against the mapped area, allocated quantity and approved field-delivery hours.
4. Verification before close-out Delivery activity is checked through internal systems using combined evidence. GPS is one supporting input and is not treated as definitive proof by itself.

How completion is verified: Letterbox Distribution Services does not rely on GPS alone. We assess whether Walkers were in the assigned delivery area, completed the approved field-delivery hours, moved at a pace and speed consistent with genuine letterbox delivery, travelled a distance and route reasonably consistent with the assigned section and quantity, and submitted the required field and completion records.

For Area-Specific Solo and Express Solo, a written suburb-by-day delivery confirmation may be requested after completion and internal audit. Shared Weekly receives completion confirmation only. Raw GPS, live tracking, route screenshots and individual Walker records remain internal verification material and are not standard Client reporting.

Common questions

Perth flyer distribution service and reporting questions

What is the difference between Shared Weekly, Area-Specific Solo and Express Solo in Perth?

Shared Weekly is the lower-cost option for flexible broad-area coverage. Area-Specific Solo is exclusive distribution for defined suburbs, streets, mapped pockets, radius areas or staged coverage. Solo includes scheduling priority relative to Shared Weekly but does not automatically include Express scheduling or a guaranteed delivery window. Express Solo is separately quoted, with priority scheduling or a defined delivery window expressly agreed in writing and subject to the confirmed scope and operating conditions.

What confirmation is available for Solo and Express Solo campaigns?

For Area-Specific Solo and Express Solo, a written suburb-by-day delivery confirmation may be requested after completion and internal audit. Shared Weekly receives completion confirmation only. Raw GPS, live tracking, route screenshots and individual Walker records are not supplied as standard Client reporting.

Is a quoted household quantity an exact count of deliverable letterboxes?

No. Household, dwelling and mapping figures are planning estimates. Eligible and accessible letterbox numbers can vary because of No Junk Mail or No Advertising Material signage, access restrictions, apartment access, secured premises, vacant or redeveloped properties, mapping differences, Client-supplied boundaries and other field conditions.

Perth & Western Australia pricing guide

Perth and Western Australia flyer distribution pricing questions

Distribution is quoted according to the booked service and the labour required for the campaign. These starting rates apply to eligible campaigns. The written quote confirms the final scope, price and applicable conditions.

How much does a flyer drop cost in Perth and WA?

Eligible Shared Weekly campaigns in Western Australia may be quoted from $109 per 1,000 flyers, while eligible Area-Specific Solo campaigns may be quoted from $189 per 1,000 flyers. Express Solo is separately quoted where priority scheduling or a defined delivery window is required and expressly agreed in writing. Final pricing depends on quantity, density, access, terrain, material, travel, handling, timing, Walker availability and campaign suitability.

Do Western Australian flyer distribution prices change by area?

Yes. Perth metro and coastal suburbs generally use standard base rates where density and access are practical. Large property blocks, coastal setbacks, semi-rural acreage fringes such as parts of the Swan Valley, the Kalamunda hills region, and regional centres such as Mandurah, Bunbury, Geraldton and Kalgoorlie may require local density, transport or time-based adjustments.

What does a per-1,000 flyer distribution rate mean?

The per-1,000 rate is a pricing unit based on the campaign labour reasonably estimated to plan, allocate, perform, manage and verify distribution at that scale. It is not a guarantee that exactly 1,000 eligible and accessible letterboxes exist within every quoted 1,000-unit allocation.

Campaign area or requirement Planning and quote basis Local considerations
Perth Metro & Coastal Suburbs Standard base pricing where density and access are practical. Northern suburbs from Joondalup to Scarborough, southern suburbs from Canning Vale to Rockingham, and the eastern foothills are assessed against actual walking density and access.
Terrain and density adjustments Time-based adjustments assessed after mapping. Large property blocks, coastal setbacks, Swan Valley acreage fringes and the Kalamunda hills can increase walking distance or delivery time.
Regional Western Australia Calculated independently by campaign area. Mandurah, Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Albany, Busselton and other regional hubs are assessed for local Walker availability, layout boundaries, transport logistics, stock movement and timing.
Area-Specific Solo Quoted according to the agreed delivery area and campaign requirements. Selected streets, mapped pockets, radius areas and staged coverage are assessed against access, density, material and allocated campaign labour.
Express Solo Separately quoted according to urgency, area, quantity, material, capacity and required delivery window. Priority scheduling or a defined delivery window must be expressly agreed in writing and remains subject to operating conditions.
How the quote works:
Distribution is supplied as allocated field and operational labour. The per-1,000 figure is a practical pricing unit, not addressed-mail pricing. Household and mapping figures are planning estimates. The accepted quote and Terms & Conditions define the booked service.
