Choose the Right Flyer Distribution Service
Pricing depends on the service type, quantity, delivery area, density, terrain, access, stock handling, timing and level of geographic control required.
Shared Weekly — Budget
Shared Weekly is the lower-cost household option for suitable broad-area campaigns where timing is flexible. A Shared run may carry up to three non-competing flyers in total, with each flyer individually placed.
- Broad-area household delivery.
- Up to 3 non-competing flyers total per run.
- Availability-based scheduling.
- “Weekly” does not guarantee delivery in the following calendar week.
- Completion confirmation only.
Solo Drop: Area Specific
Area-Specific Solo is exclusive delivery for one Client where the geographic area needs to be controlled.
- One Client’s material only.
- Full or part suburbs, selected streets, mapped pockets, radius areas or staged coverage.
- Suitable for Client-supplied maps and fixed boundaries.
- Not automatically express or priority.
- Written suburb-by-day confirmation may be requested after completion and internal audit.
Express Solo Drop
Express Solo is Area-Specific Solo for accepted campaigns that also require expressly agreed priority scheduling or a defined delivery window.
- Exclusive delivery.
- Area-specific targeting.
- Priority or timing requirement must be agreed in writing.
- Subject to capacity, stock readiness, access, weather and safety.
- Written suburb-by-day confirmation may be requested after completion and internal audit.
Printing and Distribution
We can coordinate printing and delivery together for common flyer formats, menus, folded material and other promotional pieces. Printing with distribution can simplify stock handling, freight and campaign setup.
How the Quote Process Works
Once you submit the form, we review the target area, quantity, material, delivery type and timing requirements. We then assess the likely labour, logistics and service level required.
- Step 1: You provide the target area, quantity, material and timing.
- Step 2: We assess campaign suitability, density, access, handling and service level.
- Step 3: We quote Shared Weekly, Area-Specific Solo, Express Solo, business delivery or printing as appropriate.
- Step 4: If accepted and booked, the campaign is mapped, allocated and managed through the Letterbox Distribution Services operating system.
The per-1,000 rate is a quoting unit representing the labour reasonably estimated and allocated to plan, prepare, perform, manage and verify distribution at that scale. It is not payment per flyer and does not guarantee that exactly 1,000 eligible and accessible letterboxes exist inside every quoted 1,000-unit allocation.
Household and mapping figures are planning estimates. Actual deliverable points can vary because of No Junk Mail or No Advertising Material signage, secured premises, apartment access, vacant properties, redevelopment, mapping differences and Client-supplied boundaries.
If a Client specifies a fixed map or boundary, that boundary remains a campaign constraint. We do not simply cross the boundary to exhaust remaining stock unless a written variation is agreed.
