Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please use our support form to cancel your order. Due to our nationwide network of flyer droppers, cancellations must be routed through our support system.
Our teams, which are often in the field, receive the scope of work in advance and only report at the end of the work week when they submit their invoices and proof of work for payment. This process ensures accuracy and accountability.
Please note that cancellations may take up to 28 days to process. This timeframe is required to notify our independent subcontracted walkers and allow them sufficient time to lodge any proof of work, as mandated by law.
