Welcome to Our Flyer Dropping Team!
This video is your ultimate guide to getting started and doing the job right. Learn everything you need to succeed—from picking up the flyers to tracking your work and submitting for payment.
We use the Map My Walk app to track your work and calculate your payment.
To ensure you’re paid correctly, please keep the app running whenever you’re delivering flyers.
You can work any time of day, but each shift is roughly 4 hours.
Delivering Flyers
Distribute flyers to all letterboxes on both sides of the street.
Skip any letterbox that says No Junk Mail.
Stay within your assigned suburb boundaries. Use Google Maps if unsure.
Getting Your Flyers
Flyers may be sent directly to you, or you might pick them up from a designated location.
If you have a car, you may be asked to drop off flyers to other walkers. You will be paid for this extra task.
Be Prepared
Carry a smartphone for Map My Walk.
Use a backpack to hold your flyers.
Bring water, a hat, and comfortable shoes for safe walking.
Tracking Your Progress
Open Map My Walk at the start of each shift. Do not pause mid-shift; if you stop, end the session.
Save every session to record hours accurately.
You’re paid by the hour, so saved sessions must reflect actual work time.
Submit an invoice for hours worked. Include your name, ABN, hours, and payment details.

Invoices help us process your payments quickly and accurately.
Timely Job Completion
All assigned flyer drops must be completed within 5 business days.
An instructions email will detail flyer pickup/delivery and maps.
If you’re delayed, let us know immediately so we can arrange a substitute if needed.

Walker Payment Instructions
Note: Use this section after completing your assigned work. Follow the instructions below to ensure your payment is processed quickly and accurately.
Create Your Invoice: Record the date, time, and total hours for each session, plus any extra tasks (e.g., additional deliveries).
Take Screenshots: Capture details from MapMyWalk, including:
Distance walked
Time spent walking
Average walking speed
Submit Your Invoice: Upload your invoice and screenshots. Payments are processed upon verification.
IMPORTANT: Fill out this form only after you have completed all your assigned deliveries for the work week. Submitting early may delay or complicate your payment.
