Your guide to updating or cancelling your flyer distribution orders.

Support Form

Use this form to request updates on your order status or to cancel an order. Because our flyer droppers are located across Australia, all requests must be routed through our support system.

Our teams, which are often in the field, receive the scope of work in advance and report at the end of each work week when they submit their invoices and proof of work for payment. Consequently, updates may take up to 7 days as information is gathered from many regions.

Please note: Unless you have booked a solo run, your flyers are distributed alongside two other clients, which results in a lower rate due to the shared nature of the drop. Additional time to check your specific flyer is not possible due to the dynamic distribution of multiple clients. If you require a higher level of monitoring, we offer solo flyer drops for this purpose.
