Complete the form with your target area, approximate quantity, flyer type, printing requirements and timing. We will assess campaign suitability and the service required for the requested scope.
The form may take a few seconds to appear. If it does not load, refresh the page and check whether your browser is blocking the form.
Submitting this form does not create a booking or require Letterbox Distribution Services to accept the campaign. A quotation is provided for consideration only, and we may decline a campaign that is not suitable for our services.
A campaign is accepted only when LDS has confirmed the booking and any required payment has been received.
Distribution, printing, handling and related services are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Information submitted through this form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What to include
- Target suburbs, postcodes, streets or mapped area.

Choose the right flyer distribution service
Pricing depends on the service type, quantity, delivery area, density, terrain, access, stock handling, timing and level of geographic control required.
Shared Weekly — Budget
Shared Weekly is the lower-cost household option for suitable broad-area campaigns where timing is flexible.
- Broad-area household delivery.
- Up to three non-competing advertisers’ flyers in total per run.
- Each flyer is individually placed, not bundled into a catalogue pack.
- Availability-based scheduling.
- “Weekly” describes the recurring schedule; it does not guarantee commencement or completion in the following calendar week.
- Completion confirmation only.
Solo Drop: Area Specific
Area-Specific Solo provides exclusive delivery of one Client’s material with greater geographic control.
- One Client’s material only on the allocated run.
- Full or part suburbs, selected streets, mapped pockets, radius areas or staged coverage.
- Suitable for Client-supplied maps and fixed boundaries.
- Scheduling priority relative to Shared Weekly.
- Solo does not automatically mean urgent or Express delivery.
- Written suburb-by-day confirmation may be requested after completion and internal audit.
Express Solo Drop
Express Solo is a separately quoted Solo service for accepted campaigns requiring expressly agreed priority scheduling or a defined delivery window.
- Exclusive delivery with area-specific targeting.
- The priority or timing requirement must be agreed in writing.
- Subject to capacity, stock readiness, access, weather and safety.
- Written suburb-by-day confirmation may be requested after completion and internal audit.
Printing and distribution
We can coordinate printing and delivery together for common flyer formats, menus, folded material and other promotional pieces.
Include your size, fold, quantity and artwork status in the request. Printing with distribution can simplify stock handling, freight and campaign setup.
Printing is a separate production stage. Supplying artwork alone does not guarantee a proposed distribution date; corrected artwork, production and freight can affect timing.
For business or reception delivery, describe the target businesses and area so the scope can be assessed and quoted. See Our Services for more detail.
How the quote process works
A requested date or event deadline is not automatically an agreed delivery commitment. Any specific timing commitment must be expressly confirmed in writing.
Quantities, maps and the quoted service
The per-1,000 rate is a quoting unit representing the labour reasonably estimated and allocated to plan, prepare, perform, manage and verify distribution at that scale. It is not payment per flyer and does not guarantee that exactly 1,000 eligible and accessible letterboxes exist inside every quoted 1,000-unit allocation.
Household and mapping figures are planning estimates. Actual deliverable points can vary because of No Junk Mail or No Advertising Material signage, secured premises, apartment access, vacant properties, redevelopment, mapping differences and Client-supplied boundaries.
If a Client specifies a fixed map or boundary, that boundary remains a campaign constraint. We do not simply cross the boundary to exhaust remaining stock unless a written variation is agreed.
Quoted areas remain subject to lawful access, applicable advertising restrictions, safety and practical field conditions. A map or quotation does not override those restrictions.
The allocated-labour model does not permit charging for work that was not genuinely supplied. Any substantiated affected portion remains subject to an appropriate remedy under the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
